If you have been a victim of a false allegation, and the charges have been dropped, you were acquitted, or your accuser was prosecuted for bringing a malicious prosecution, you may still be sorting through the trauma, or you may still be dealing with reputational damage.
It is often the case that people targeted with false allegations are still treated as guilty, despite not being deemed guilty in a court process, even if incriminating evidence is found demonstrating the malice of the allegation.
